机器人第七轴分为机器人地轨和机器人天轨两种，机器人地轨又分为标准型地轨、半封闭地轨、风琴式地轨、踏板式地轨、防水型地轨五种。均采用伺服电机驱动，通过精密减速机、齿轮、齿条进行传动，运动稳定，重复定位精度高。设备最大承载量可达8000Kg，最大速度可达3m/s，载板数量可按需配置，且产品拥有丰富的选配组件，可根据需求进行定制化服务，包括电机、轨道、齿条、拖链等。标配线轨作为导向系统，拥有极高的刚性及精度，设备负载能力强，寿命高；也可选配滚轮组作为导向系统，对于环境中的焊渣、切屑等杂质具有高度不敏感性。即使安装上有少许的误差，选用的大直径滚轮仍可轻松运行，具有良好的通过性。设备采用分段式模组设计，可轻松进行组装拼接，可轻松应对50m内的长度需求，更长的设备需求也可定制。

Robot Seventh Axis is divided into two types: floor tracks and ceiling tracks. The floor tracks are further categorized into five types: standard floor tracks, semi-enclosed floor tracks, accordion-style floor tracks, pedal-type floor tracks, and waterproof floor tracks. All of these are driven by servo motors and transmit motion through precision reducers, gears, and racks, ensuring stable movement and high repeat positioning accuracy. The maximum load capacity of the equipment can reach 8000Kg, with a maximum speed of 3m/s. The number of carrier plates can be configured as needed, and the products come with a rich selection of optional components, including motors, tracks, racks, drag chains, etc., allowing for customized services based on requirements. The standard linear guide rail serves as the guidance system, offering high rigidity and precision, strong load-bearing capacity, and long service life. Alternatively, roller sets can be selected as the guidance system, which are highly insensitive to impurities such as welding slag and cutting chips in the environment. Even with slight installation errors, the large-diameter rollers selected can still operate smoothly, ensuring good passability. The equipment adopts a modular design with segmented modules, allowing for easy assembly and splicing, which can easily meet length requirements of up to 50m. Customization is also available for longer equipment requirements.
